The Consulting Consortium (TCC), the UK’s leading specialist in financial compliance, has made two senior appointments to support its next phase of growth.
Matt Hodey has been appointed Director of Strategy and Markets, where he will be responsible for driving an unrivalled client experience and ensuring that TCC continues to meet the evolving needs of its clients. Matt joins TCC from Deloitte where he was Director of the company’s UK Risk and Regulation practice. He has over 17 years of industry experience in financial services risk and regulation, including previous roles at Barclays and Nationwide.
The firm has also appointed Andy Sutherland as Managing Director of Advisory Services. He joins from Huntswood, where he was Director of Regulatory Consulting. Prior to this he spent four years working within the Regulatory Advisory practice at EY and also spent six years working as an independent contractor on various large scale and high profile regulatory projects and past business reviews. In his new role, Andy will be responsible for assisting clients with effectively managing conduct risk, driving customer-centric cultures and providing risk solutions that facilitate business growth.
