Pensions Redress Calculation Analyst

£420 per day (inclusive of retainer)
Contract Leeds

Start date: February 2019


  • Validate data gathering and where needed obtain further information (if assumptions are not available)
  • Populate calculation pro forma ready for calculation into RECAL
  • Perform redress calculation, running required redress tool (RECAL)
  • Produce offer letters and appendices
  • Deal with customer queries and exception cases

Required skills and Experience

  • In depth knowledge of pensions
  • Experience undertaking Pensions calculations
  • Ability to work to high quality standard whilst ensuring productivity targets are met

Qualifications (not essential)

  • CII – R01, R02, R04, AF7 or CII – G60 or CII – AF3
  • CISI – PTPA (Pension Transfers & Planning Advice)
  • Institute of Actuaries / Faculty of Actuaries (Associate or Fellow)
  • PMI – Diploma in Regulated Retirement Advice
  • LiBF – Level 6 Pension Transfers PETR

Preferred skills and Alternative Experience

  • Compliance role relating to DB pension transfers
